What is the correct dilution for Aruvvi Disinfectant Cleaner and Phenyl?

For routine mopping, use 2–3 capfuls of Disinfectant Cleaner or Perfumed Sanitizer (Phynel) per litre of water. For heavily used or outdoor areas, increase to 3–4 capfuls. Using more than recommended does not clean better — it only leaves residue on the floor.

Which fragrance variants are available?

Accepted Answer

Disinfectant Cleaner, Multi-Purpose Cleaner and Perfumed Sanitizer are available in Jasmine, Rose, Lime and Sandal. Perfumed Sanitizer additionally comes in a Herbal variant. Acid cleaner, toilet cleaner and industrial products are supplied unscented or with their standard base fragrance.

What pack sizes do you supply?

Accepted Answer

Retail packs start at 100 g (bleaching powder) and 200 mL (hand wash, sanitizer). Most liquids come in 500 mL or 1000 mL retail packs and 5 L economy cans. Caustic soda is supplied in 1000 g and 5 Kg packs. Larger drum quantities are available on request for institutional buyers.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum for pickup at our Vandalur unit. For home delivery within Chennai we typically deliver orders of 5 L equivalent and above; smaller orders can be combined with a nearby delivery. Bulk and institutional orders are quoted individually.

Do you deliver outside Chennai?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver directly across Chennai and surrounding areas, and ship bulk orders pan-India by surface transport. Freight for outstation shipments is quoted with the order.

Can acid cleaner be mixed with phenyl or bleach?

Accepted Answer

Never. Mixing acid cleaner with bleaching powder, toilet cleaner or phenyl can release harmful chlorine gas. Use one product at a time, rinse the surface with water, and ventilate the area while cleaning.

Are your products safe for marble and granite?

Accepted Answer

Multi-purpose cleaner, disinfectant cleaner and perfumed phenyl are safe on sealed marble and granite at the recommended dilution. Acid cleaner and caustic soda must never be used on marble, granite or metal fittings — they will etch and dull the surface.

Do you offer private label or custom pack sizes?

Accepted Answer
